In today's meeting of the Supervisory Board Mr. Gino M. Biondi has resigned from his office as member of the Executive Board of DEUTZ AG in order to concentrate on new challenges. As COO Mr. Biondi was responsible for Production, Research & Development, Logistics, Materials Management and Purchasing. His position in the Executive Board will not be reoccupied. The areas of responsibility of Mr. Biondi will be taken over by Dr. Ing. Helmut Leube (CEO) and Dr. Margarete Haase (CFO). The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Lars-Göran Moberg, has recognized in today's meeting the merits of Mr. Biondi for the development of DEUTZ AG. He thanked Mr. Biondi for his work and wished him a lot of success for the future.
